TVN V202 Le Clapet \u00e0 Papillon est un clapet qui fonctionne \u00e0 l’aide d’un contrepoids, pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 dans les tuyauteries o\u00f9 une fermeture plus rapide est requise. Gr\u00e2ce au contre-levier et au poids attach\u00e9 \u00e0 son axe, assure une ouverture douce en fonction de la vitesse du d\u00e9bit et maintient des temps de fermeture r\u00e9duits lorsque le d\u00e9bit s’arr\u00eate.<\/p>\n

Avec sa conception de papillon o\u00f9 le centre est d\u00e9cal\u00e9 sur deux axes, cela conduit \u00e0 une grande am\u00e9lioration de la diminution des valeurs de couple de fonctionnement, en r\u00e9duisant le frottement sur la zone d’\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du papillon et en prolongeant la dur\u00e9<\/p>\n

      6. <\/i><\/span>The open\/close speed can be adjusted by modifying the counter lever length and weight. For adjustable shut off\u001e speed, TVN V203 Tilting check valve with hydraulic damper type is advised.<\/li>\n
      7. <\/i><\/span>With extended shafts located on both sides of the body, lever position can be replaced on both sides. Two counter lever option is also available upon request.<\/li>\n
      8. <\/i><\/span>Possible to install on horizontal and vertical pipelines with varied flow directions. It is necessary to mention the lever positioning requirements according to your project in order to arrange the lever side and position during prodution.<\/li>\n
      9. <\/i><\/span>Easy to replace disc sealing ring without dismantling the valve from the pipeline and without dismantling the disc from the valve itself just by taking out the retaining ring through its bolts. It is easy to replace the disc sealing ring without any additional equipments<\/li>\n
      10. <\/i><\/span>SS308\/316 grade stainless steel welding seat on the body is manufactured through automatic welding machines and microfinished precise milling operation. When disc is fully closed, disc sealing ring applies equal pressure on every point on the welding seat.<\/li>\n
