V211 Clapet \u00e0 papillon \u00e0 t\u00eate inclin\u00e9e est un type de clapet \u00e0 papillon qui se compose d’un corps cylindrique, d’un papillon \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur, d’un arbre qui maintient le papillon, d’un contre-levier et d’un poids. C’est un type qui n\u00e9cessite moins d’espace d’installation. M\u00eame s’il est compl\u00e8tement ouvert, le papillon est situ\u00e9 sur le chemin d’\u00e9coulement. C’est la raison pour laquelle il ne peut pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les eaux us\u00e9es, mais ne peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 que dans de l’eau propre.<\/p>\n

      Slanted Seat Tilting Check Valve Product Features<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. <\/i><\/span>Tilting check valves are used at outlet side of pumps.<\/li>\n
      2. <\/i><\/span>When flow begins, disc is pushed forward by effect of\u00a0 flow. Flow continues its travel in direction of pumping.<\/li>\n
      3. <\/i><\/span>When pump begins to slow down to stop, disc begins to close. Check valve closes automatically by assistance of back \u001f ow and counter weight which is connected to shaft by counter lever.<\/li>\n
      4. <\/i><\/span>Its closure prevents the water in the pipe line to flow reversely.<\/li>\n
      5. <\/i><\/span>Opening angle of disc must not exceed 80 degrees. If it exceeds, in case of a mechanical tightness, flow moves under the disc and required forces for closure cannot occur. Reverse flow begins; pump starts to turn reverse direction. Serious damage may take place.<\/li>\n
      6. <\/i><\/span>Valve should be installed as shaft in horizontal position.<\/li>\n
      7. <\/i><\/span>Hydrostatic test pressure for seat: PN x 1.1 (e.g.: PN 16 = 17.6 bar); for shell: PN x 1.5 (e.g.: PN16 = 24 bar) according to EN 12266-1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
